Vintage unsigned Stanley Hagler or Miriam Haskell heavy black French jet and rondelle fringe necklace, intricately beaded bead caps - in box

Vintage French jet faceted glass bead necklace with the most stunning intricate clear micro-bead work embellishing all the beautiful bead caps. This piece came from the same owner as many other pieces I now have in stock, from a large collection, and a number of them are believed to be pieces from Miriam Haskell, Stanley Hagler or the latter's designers Ian (or Valentina) St Gielar or Mark Mercy. The detail of the intricate workmanship, particularly the micro-beading of the bead caps, the rondelle beads - and the fringe design are typical of Miriam Haskell pieces while designers such as Frank Hess or Stanley Hagler were working for her.

This is a quality piece, extremely heavy piece with beautiful beads that are in very good condition. The necklace fastens with a secure and decorative gold tone push-in box clasp. The length of the necklace part is about 20 inches, and the longest fringe in the centre is nearly 4 inches long. This is a huge and dramatic statement piece. A beautiful and extremely collectable necklace in stunning colours that is in very good vintage condition - it has clearly been lovingly kept as all the tiny beadwork is intact.
