Vintage unsigned Schreiner ? pressed glass cabochon leaf brooch set in silver tone, vibrant red, yellow, green and purple crystals

Large vintage silver tone and moulded / poured glass large leaf design multicoloured rhinestone brooch. I am sure this is an unsigned brooch by Schreiner USA but collectors will be able to judge for themselves of course - and please let me know your thoughts via message.

It consists of a silver tone open-backed mount with pretty ornate claw settings, holding four large leaf shaped cabochons of beautiful poured, pressed or moulded glass. The glass pieces are ruby red, citrine yellow, emerald green and amethyst purple / violet and are set with open backs so the light really streams through.

The glass pieces are moulded / pressed / poured and arranged in a really unusual and stunning three dimensional leaf design, but the brooch is unsigned.

Schreiner jewellery is probably most known for its distinctive and vibrant colour combinations which were used across all Schreiner ranges. They used a lot of pressed glass in unusual shapes and designs. Larger stones were often set using elaborately designed prongs. Dogtooth is the most common design, but other designs included a leaf shape and a Fleur-de-Lys pattern as is seen here.

The brooch measures just under 3 inches by 1 3/4 inches and is in very good vintage condition. Please message me for further details, photos or a video.
