Vintage unsigned DRGM Schreiber & Hiller Art Deco paste channel set rhinestone geometric machine age necklace, classic and chic

Wonderful vintage Art Deco Schreiber & Hiller necklace in silver tone with geometric fringe design and scores of clear rhinestones. The central section has panels with channel set rhinestones using the method patented by Schreiber and Hiller in the 1930s. Made by Schreiber and Hiller in Germany as we now know, these pieces are beautifully and intricately engineered. The snake-like links and machine age chain links follow the curves of the neckline and feel comfortable to wear.

This one is not stamped or signed but is very recognisable as a piece by Schreiber and Hiller who patented this construction method. The necklace has an adjustable length up to a little over 16 inches and fastens with a secure spring ring clasp with a 2 inch extension chain. It is in very good vintage condition.
