Vintage unsigned Attwood and Sawyer A&S baroque style, ornate rhinestone necklace, encrusted with clear rhinestones, fabulous quality 1980s

Wonderful vintage necklace consisting of rhinestone embellished silver tone floral panels in an elaborate 3D design. The necklace is encrusted with clear crystal rhinestones throughout, with the addition of baguette cut stones. The necklace is unsigned, which surprised me as this is a design used by the quality maker Attwood and Sawyer (usually signed A&S). However this one is unsigned and so this must be reflected in the price.

It is in good vintage condition - a little unevenness in the numerous rhinestones, but hard to see. The final picture shows another almost identical necklace I also have in stock, with a slightly different hang tag - please message me if you are interested in this one instead of or as well as the first one pictured.

Founded in England in 1956 by Horace Attwood (Sawyer was a silent partner), Attwood & Sawyer produced copies of 18th- and 19th-century precious jewellery, many pieces for the Dallas and Dynasty TV series, and glittering diamante compositions for the Miss World competitions.
