Vintage sterling silver stamped 'ster silver' ice clear rhinestone fringe necklace, signed 'prov pat'

Lovely vintage fringe necklace with clear rhinestones, stamped / signed 'Ster sliver' for sterling silver and 'prov pat' for the patent for the design having been provisionally granted.

There are multiple beautiful clear rhinestones in chaton cut and pear/teardrop shaped cuts. All the crystal stones are claw / prong set in sterling silver settings. 

The necklace fastens with a secure fish hook push-in box clasp, decorated also with claw set clear rhinestones. The length of the necklace is about 16 inches and the longest strand of the fringe section has a further drop of about 1.5 inches.

The necklace is in very good vintage condition.
