Vintage silver tone double feather design combined brooch and scarf clip, trombone clasp, perhaps made in France

Beautiful vintage dress / fur / scarf clip convertible to a brooch from the Art Deco period. I haven't seen another like this one - with the pin and trombone clasp for a brooch mounted on top of a hinged scarf clip ring.

The clip can also be used as a pendant by simply clipping it over a chain or necklace. This works well, giving the piece versatility of function. It measures about 2.5 inches by 1.5 inches. It looks so much like silver, I was surprised to find it did not test positive for sterling or any grade silver.
