Vintage unsigned DRGM Schreiber & Hiller Art Deco paste channel set clear rhinestone and silver tone necklace and bracelet set

Wonderful vintage Art Deco Schreiber & Hiller necklace and bracelet set in silver tone with gorgeous geometric design and scores of clear rhinestones. The panels have channel set rhinestones using the method patented by Schreiber and Hiller in the 1930s. These designs are very unusual from the vast range of Schreiber and hiller designs I have seen.

Made by Schreiber and Hiller in Germany as we now know, these pieces are beautifully and intricately engineered. The snake-like links and machine age chain links follow the curves of the neckline and feel comfortable to wear. These pieces are not stamped or signed but are very recognisable as pieces by Schreiber and Hiller who patented this construction method.

The necklace has an adjustable length up to about 1.5 inches and fastens with a secure spring ring clasp with a 2.5 inch extension chain. The bracelet has a length of about 7.5 inches and fastens with a hidden push-in box clasp and a little security catch. Both pieces are in very good vintage condition.
