Vintage possible Louis Rousselet baroque faux pearl double stranded choker necklace, heavy cream coloured glass pearls, hand-knotted

Classic and chic Art Deco to mid 20th century glass baroque style pearl beaded, double stranded choker necklace. The feel of the heavy glass beads and the style of the push-in cabochon box clasp tell me this could be a necklace by Louis Rousselet of France, but this is just my guess at this point.

These baroque style glass faux pearls have such an amazing glow and sheen and a lovely, heavy weight to them. The necklace has a very, very snug fitting short choker length for the shorter of the two strands of about 14 inches, so please check neck measurements carefully. It is in very good vintage condition.
