Really unusual Art Deco moulded green galalith bead necklace. The green galalith beads are really interesting, especially the interlocking puzzle beads. There are also silver tone chrome ring spacer beads and disc shaped, faceted clear glass beads.
The beads have been strung on a slim, silver tone, machine age foxtail chain, as is characteristic of Rousselet necklaces, but I don't have any confirmation that this is a Rousselet piece. There is a bit of space to see the chain and to enable the wearer to run a cloth in between beads to keep them clean.
The necklace fastens with a really unusual, machine age chrome screw clasp and it has a length of about 17 inches. It is in good vintage condition - there are one or two stains on the cylindrical green beads, but hardly noticeable.
