Vintage Neiger brothers sapphire blue rhinestone ornate Art Deco hinged clamper bangle set in silver tone with black enamel accents

Vintage Art Deco blue glass rhinestone, black enamel and silver tone hinged bangle by Max and Norbert Neiger. This is an absolutely stunning piece with beautifully made and ornate silver tone settings - a lovely example for any collector or wearer. The largest blue rhinestones are set open backed to let the light stream through. There is pretty hand painted black enamel decoration as well.
 
The bangle has a sprung hinge, so it opens up wide to fit onto the wrist but then stays securely closed. The bangle is in very good vintage condition, please have a look at all the photos and close-ups. There is some minor wear to the silver tone on the inside as shown in the pictures.
