Large vintage Neiger brothers Art Deco citrine / topaz orange paste rhinestone, marcasite and white enamel brooch in gold tone filigree

Vintage Art Deco orange rhinestone, marcasite (perhaps glass faux marcasite), white enamel paint and gold tone brooch. This piece has Czech origins, and I believe it is by Max and Norbert Neiger. The quality of the design and settings is very good indeed.

It is beautifully designed and produced. The oval filigree base is embellished with a large central faux citrine paste stone surrounded by smaller glass stones, marcasite stones (perhaps glass with a marcasite-like coating as there is a small amount of rubbing to this) with white enamel decoration for some of the floral filigree design around. It is about 2.5 inches long and 1 1/4 inches wide.

This is a lovely piece of collectable jewellery  in good vintage condition.
