Vintage Miriam Haskell elaborate glass beaded floral long pendant necklace with intricate turquoise blue micro beading and white faux pearl
Vintage micro glass bead embellished long flapper pendant necklace with turquoise blue micro glass beading as well as faux glass pearls, rhinestone rondelle beads and gold tone. The type of components used are in the style of Miriam Haskell (for whom Stanley Hagler worked at one point). The early Haskell pieces are unsigned, so this could explain the lack of a signature plate.
The detail of the intricate workmanship, particularly the micro-beading, are typical of Stanley Hagler pieces. This style was taken forward, still under the Stanley Hagler name, by Hagler designers Ian St Gielar (and later his wife Valentina) and Mark Mercy. So pieces like this have been produced more recently and even to the present day. However I cannot think why this piece is not signed or stamped.
The necklace has a long flapper length of about 28 inches with gold tone long bar links which fastens with a secure push-in box clasp also in gold tone. A beautiful and extremely collectable necklace in stunning colours that is in good vintage condition - I believe it was in a collection of old shop stock that was never sold.
