Vintage Louis Rousselet Art Deco machine age silver tone / chrome, bright red galalith and black enamel flower design necklace

Fabulous necklace from the 1930s I believe from Louis Rousselet, who produced designs like these in France. This design is very pretty with Art Deco panels and chain links using beautiful geometric forms with an overall architectural Deco style. The curved panels have black painted enamel accents and the flowers are formed from lovely repousse silver tone metal and red glass beads.

The glass beads have a vibrant lipstick red colour. It is in very good vintage condition - you can see the cold painted black enamel is in remarkably good original condition - there is an occasional nick in the black which shows this has not been meddled with as some have!
