Vintage Jakob Bengel style Art Deco machine age style chrome thick snake chain knot sautoir necklace with silver tone balls & clip earrings

Please note that I believe these pieces are probably reproduction Art Deco style pieces, produced later, but very much in the style of Art Deco Jakob Bengel pieces.

Vintage silver tone chunky and long snake chain sautoir necklace with asymmetric chrome ball pendant ends and matching/similar clip-on earrings. These are nice examples of machine age Art Deco style jewellery that borders on space age with its simple chrome clean lines and geometric design.

The snake chain of the open necklace is a good 40 inches or so in length, so the piece is very versatile. My favourite way of wearing it is to use a knot like a reef knot as shown in some of the pictures. The earrings are probably not original to the necklace but are a cute added extra - each about an inch in length.

The pieces are in good vintage condition - please check all of the photos carefully. There are close-ups that show minor rubbing to the chrome and age-related wear in places.
