Vintage heavy Art Deco carved rock crystal large melon / pumpkin bead necklace, hand knotted, beautiful large beads

Fantastic large rock crystal or French poured glass pumpkin bead necklace. I believe it is rock crystal rather than poured glass because of the tiny inclusions that can be seen in the crystal and slight, natural imperfections in one or two beads. However, many mouded or poured glass beads were made this way to imitate natural gemstones as well. Rock crystal or poured glass / gripoix beads are both highly collectable.

The necklace is hand-knotted thread and fastens with s gold tone large sized spring ring clasp. It has a length of about 20 inches. This necklace is in very good vintage condition.
