Vintage Givenchy rhinestone daisy riviere necklace, gold plated, couture, designer piece, in a presentation box

Vintage Givenchy gold plated and clear rhinestone heavy rhinestone flower necklace. It has a specific kind of hook clasp that was used by Givenchy during certain periods and a Givenchy logo gold tone medallion / tag near the clasp. The fashion houses of both Givenchy and Christian Dior used specific hook clasps on pieces of costume jewellery that were not always signed - the final picture shows some examples.

The necklace has a choker length of about 16 inches. The Givenchy logo pendant / medallion can be worn at the back of the necklace or even at the front as a sort of pendant.

The piece is in very good vintage condition. It is evident that the stones  and manufacturing are of very high quality.
