Vintage elaborate glass beaded floral clamper bangle with intricate micro beading and silver tone filigree, pink, green, white & faux pearl
Vintage micro glass bead embellished hinged clamper bangle with opalescent white, pink and green glass beads as well as faux glass pearls with silver tone filigree floral panels and metalwork. The detail of the intricate workmanship, particularly the micro-beading, are typical of Stanley Hagler pieces. This style was taken forward, still under the Stanley Hagler name, by Hagler designers Ian St Gielar (and later his wife Valentina) and Mark Mercy.
So pieces like this have been produced more recently and even to the present day. However I cannot think why this piece is not signed or stamped. The type of clamper bangle and the elaborate size of the two side decorative pieces are more in the style of Miriam Haskell (for whom Stanley Hagler worked at one point). The early Haskell pieces are unsigned, so this could explain the lack of a signature plate.
The size is very petite (please check the photos and your wrist measurement requirements carefully) so it is probably an older piece. The condition is very, very good as I believe it was in a collection of old shop stock that was never sold. A beautiful and extremely collectable bracelet in stunning colours that is in very, very good vintage condition.
