Vintage red garnet glass flower bouquet brooch, with rhinestones set open-backed in gold tone

Gorgeous rhinestone brooch with lovely dark red, garnet coloured rhinestones claw / prong set in gold tone. There are marquise / navette cut rhinestones forming the leaves and petals and chaton cut stones elsewhere.

The beautiful crystal rhinestones have been claw set in open-backed settings so that the light streams through. This is lovely large example of this type of brooch.

The brooch is about 2 inches long by just under 2 inches wide and fastens with a secure roll-over safety clasp and pin. It is in very good vintage condition - it is an old piece and there will be minor signs of wear and age, so please look carefully at all the photos.
