Gorgeous Art Deco vintage crystal necklace from around the 1930s. This piece stands out because the open-backed claw/prong set crystal are made of iris glass (sometimes called rainbow glass) with its pink, blue and green striped inclusions. The settings are also so small and delicate, the quality is amazing. The necklace is delicately constructed with a series of open-backed iris glass crystals, chrome / silver tone settings in a lovely Art Deco geometric layout. It has a length of about 18 inches, and it fastens with a secure spring ring clasp. The necklace is in very good vintage condition.
