Gorgeous and unusual Czech rhinestone Art Deco brooch with lovely dark red unusually shaped curved teardop cut rhinestones claw / prong set in gold tone. Characteristic Czech construction and fixings for the period, fastening with a pin and roll-over clasp.

The beautiful crystal rhinestones have been claw set in open-backed settings so that the light streams through. An extremely rare example of this type of brooch with stones I have never seen before. It is in very good vintage condition.
