Vintage Art Deco Czech glass bead necklace, moulded glass and faceted glass beads in black, cream and white uranium glass

Beautiful vintage moulded glass and faceted glass beaded necklace from the Art Deco era. This piece has a lovely mix of French jet black faceted glass beads, cream coloured glass disc beads and white, moulded rose shaped uranium glass beads with pretty gold tone bead caps. The white rose shaped beads glow a neon green colour when exposed to UV / black light as shown in some of the pictures - I have heard this off-white uranium glass called 'custard glass'!

These types of beads were generally from Bohemia in the former Czechoslovakia and were used by many jewellery makers in the region, including the brothers Max and Norbert Neiger whose pieces are very sought-after and collectable. I don't have the provenence of this necklace however.

The necklace has a length of about 17 inches, fastens with a secure spring ring clasp and is in very good vintage condition.
