Vintage Art Deco clear rhinestone paste and silver tone duette - a brooch that is convertible into two dress clips

Beautiful vintage Art Deco paste duette in silver tone with lovely flowing romantic design.

This is a cleverly constructed piece in which two identical dress clips fit onto a brooch frame. It can be dismantled so that you have two dress pins that can be worn on clothing, shoes, bags etc. 

It is about 2.5 inches long and 1 inch wide. I have included a close-up picture of the spiky hook on the back of one of the clips, just because they are very sharp on this piece (I stabbed my fingers a few times!).

This is a particularly nice example - the two sides are identical but rotated around 180 degrees. It is in very good vintage condition, with all stones present and a secure roll-over clasp and pin. The paste stones are lovely and sparkly with no yellowing or losses as are often seen.
