Vintage Art Deco clear and black crystal faceted and moulded/poured glass bead necklace, beautifully crafted beads on foxtail chain

Vintage Art Deco ice clear and jet black faceted crystal bead necklace. This is a lovely piece with chunky glass beads threaded onto a gold tone brass foxtail chain. The long clear and black twisted beads on the sides and near the back are the really gorgeous highlights of this piece. The rhombus/diamond ( or parallelogram?) shaped facets on the clear beads at the front are also fascinating.

A foxtail chain was often used by French designer Louis Rousselet who also used beautiful handmade and poured glass beads. With only those two indicators, I can't state for certain it is a Rousselet necklace, but it is clear when you handle the necklace that it is a quality piece.

The necklace has a length of about 16 inches and fastens with a secure spring ring clasp. It is in very good vintage condition.
