Vintage Art Deco bright blue glass faux lapis lazuli cabochon riviere necklace

Lovely vintage Art Deco riviere necklace. Large, round bright blue faux lapis lazuli glass cabochons have been set in brass cup closed-back settings.

The blue cabochons are such a bright, arresting colour. They have a marbled 'Peking' glass type appearance that looks a little like lapis lazuli. The necklace has a choker length of 16 inches and fastens with a secure gold tone spring ring clasp.

The necklace is in very good vintage condition with age-related rubbing to backs of the settings such that where they were once chrome plated, they now appear more gold/brass toned.
