Vintage Art Deco bow shaped brooch, green galalith, gold tone with filigree and multi-coloured rhinestones Max Neiger brothers style

Early Art Deco period bow design Czech Brooch set with a large bow shaped piece of marbled green galalith on a gold tone setting with a beautiful gold tone filigree and multi-coloured rhinestone decoration. Some Neiger collectors have dubbed this style of design the 'lacy collar' line of pieces I believe, and attribute these pieces to the Neiger brothers.

This piece is quite large with a length of 2.25 inches and a width of 1.25 inches. It fastens with a simple 1920s safety pin style C clasp and pin on the reverse. A lovely rare brooch dating from the 1930s and the classic Art Deco period. A fabulous piece of collectable jewellery. It is in very good vintage condition - some slight crazing (minor cracks) to the galalith in the top left area, which is common with this early plastic.
