Vintage Art Deco early plastic beaded fringe necklace with antique gold tone machine age chain links and old screw barrel clasp. This is such an unusual piece - perhaps French or German. I suspect the plastic beads are galalith - an early casein-based plastic often used in France and Germany.

These fringe necklaces sit around the neck or decolletage beautifully. The necklace fastens using secure screw clasp and has a length of 16 inches. The necklace is in very good vintage condition.
