Vintage Art Deco 1930s Czech light & dark green rhinestone brooch with antique silver tone floral filigree - large open backed green crystal

Lovely example of a 1930s Czech glass rhinestone brooch with beautiful green rhinestones set in an aged silver tone. The rhinestones are set on a pierced metal floral filigree base in the classic style of these brooches from this period. This brooch has a particularly enormous oval central rhinestone that is set open backed to let the light shine through. It is a dark emerald green in colour, whereas the smaller glass rhinestones around it are a lighter peridot green colour.

It is about 2 1/4 inches long and 1 3/4 inches wide and fastens with a secure old style C clasp and pin. The brooch is in very good vintage condition.
