Vintage Art Deco 1920s to 1930s reverse painted, clear celluloid spiral snake bangle bracelet, clear rhinestone eyes

Vintage Art Deco clear celluloid spiral snake bangle with internal hand-painted enamel scales texture and clear / red design with clear rhinestone eyes. 

The bangle is small to medium with an internal diameter of 2 5/8 inches. It slips on over the hand and has no 'give' to it, whilst also being potentially fragile, so please check wrist measurements carefully. I was excited to find one that fits me, as the sizes were often so small back then.

This is a rare and collectable piece in very good vintage condition. The paint on the inside does have a nick or two in it, but it really just is part of the textural design and may have even been there from the start. It doesn't seem as if it has been worn at all.
