Vintage / antique Victorian bullseye banded agate stone and bead necklace on sterling silver chain, beautiful striations, Scottish style

Classic Victorian bullseye agate bead necklace threaded on sections of slim sterling silver chain. This is a stunning piece with the most gorgeous agate stones. These beads, particularly the larger domed square beads are so beautifully done, with the agate 'bullseye' striations nicely centred. The colours and patterns of each are different, so the central section is highly decorative. One either side of the square beads are rows of black agate (onyx) beads, then the sections around the neck have more banded agate spherical beads, again with the lovely striations.

It has a length of about 18 inches around the neck and fastens with a secure spring ring clasp. The jump ring is stamped 925 for sterling silver. The piece weighs 70 grams overall. The necklace is in very good vintage condition. I also have a bracelet listed with the same beads.
