Vintage amethyst purple glass crystal rhinestone, heavy ornate bracelet and clip on earrings set demi-parure, baroque style

Fabulous vintage purple crystal rhinestone and ornate, baroque / rococo style silver tone cocktail statement bracelet and matching large clip on earrings. Looking at the style and construction of these pieces, they could have been produced by the Sphinx company in the UK in around the 1970s or 80s.

The six gorgeous amethyst purple, faceted, oval crystals in the set are really large - measuring 2cm across their longest dimension. The ornate baroque style silver tone settings are really beautifully done, and the crystals are set open-backed to let the light stream through.

The bracelet has a length of 7.5 inches but could be fastened with its spring ring clasp for a slimmer fit. The earrings have secure clips and are around an inch in length.

The set is in very good vintage condition.
