Vintage Alfred Philippe 1952 patent signed Trifari classic silver tone machine age style choker necklace

Lovely vintage silver tone signed Trifari choker panel necklace from 1952. The final picture in the listing shows the patent application from designer Alfred Philippe.

The necklace is in good vintage condition, quite shiny and bright but with remnants of gilding visible, particularly on the underside. It is signed Trifari 'Pat Pend' (ie patent pending) on the back of the hinged clip clasp.

This is a classic piece from a top quality designer and maker for any collection or for wearing with a chic outfit. The necklace has a choker length of about 16 inches and sits in a circular arrangement, so please check neck measurements carefully.
