Stunning black glass rhinestone and silver tone Newbridge silverware riviere necklace, heavy piece of amazing quality

Incredible pre-owned Newbridge silverware signed riviere necklace with large, oval jet black sparkling paste rhinestones in silver tone settings. The lobster clasp has the initials NB lazer engraved on it, which is the trademark used in Newbridge jewellery. The other side also has the letters AT engraved on it, but I don't yet know what this stands for.

This is a heavy set necklace with many large faceted glass stones, claw set in open backed shiny silver tone. The Newbridge silverware brand tends to produce jewellery in silver or gold plate, rhodium plate or white gold. This piece seems to me to be rhodium plated as the shine is so bright. The stones are so sparkly I wondered about onyx or black spinel, but it is listed here as glass as I can't tell for certain.

The necklace length is adjustable using the lobster clasp and 2-inch extension chain, with a maximum of about 18 inches. It is in excellent pre-owned condition.
