Signed Monica Vinader heavy sterling silver vermeil chunky hammered link long necklace with lots of semi-precious gemstone beads, 81 grams

Vintage gold on sterling silver (the technique used here is called vermeil) signed Monica Vinader heavy and chunky hammered chain link and gemstone necklace. There is a lot of sterling silver in this necklace - including the semi-precious gemstone, it weighs 81 grams overall.

It is long enough to be worn either as a single strand or doubled up as more of a choker or layered necklace. The gemstone beads are in lovely colours - I'm not sure what types of agate or quartz they might be. There are some small freshwater baroque pearl drops within some of the links as well.

The necklace fastens with a T bar toggle clasp and has a length of about 34 inches. The gold vermeil is fully hallmarked in multiple places on a number of the links, particularly the elongated hammered links (a few are shown in the close-up pictures). The necklace is in very good vintage condition.
