Large vintage rootbeer Bakelite and gold tone pinchbeck ? Art Deco machine age geometric brooch, classic 1930s design

Very unusual Art Deco 1930s machine age geometric brooch with antique gold tone, possibly pinchbeck, and two bands of rootbeer Bakelite in a lovely deep brown. The plastic tests positive for Bakelite using simichrome paste. Of the streamlined gold tone three dimensional components, some are smooth and sleek, whereas the ones in the middle have a gorgeous, textured repousse floral design on the surfaces. This stunning piece shows a wonderful geometric, streamlined style from the 1930s Art Deco period. The piece feels lovely when handled - high quality and smooth. The pin is in good vintage condition.
