Huge vintage dagger and scabbard faux chatelaine pin brooch based on a design by Murray Slater for Urie Mandle jewellery, unsigned

Very large vintage dagger / sword and sheath brooch embellished with red, green and blue glass cabochons and rhinestones, along with clear rhinestones and faux pearl cabochons.

This one is not signed or stamped, but is a design reproducing the Urie Mandle sword and scabbard chatelaine brooches that were produced in sterling silver gilt and designed by Murray Slater. This reproduction example does not have a removable scabbard, it is all one piece with the chains hanging down but without a joining function.

The sword part of the brooch has a length of about 4 inches and a width of about 2 inches, with the looping chains adding extra length. It is in very good vintage condition.
