Large vintage Art Deco ruby / garnet red glass rhinestone, open-backed, gold tone brooch pin, stunning vibrant colour

Stunning Czech rhinestone Art Deco brooch with gorgeous, layered bright red large marquise/navette and chaton cut rhinestones claw / prong set in antique gold tone. It has characteristic Czech construction and fixings for the period, fastening with a pin and simple C hook clasp. The beautiful crystal rhinestones have been claw set in open-backed settings so that the light streams through. A lovely, large example of this type of brooch in such a striking colour. The brooch is in very good vintage condition.
