Huge vintage signed Grosse 1971 shiny silver tone long pendant necklace, space age disco design by Henkel & Grosse - makers for Dior

Striking and large statement 1970s space age silver tone pendant necklace by Henkel and Grosse - signed 1971 Grosse on the top of the long pendant piece. Fabulous geometric oval disc design with stunning detail.

The chunky silver tone snake chain has an adjustable length using the 2-inch extension chain - between about 21 and 23 inches. It fastens with a secure spring ring clasp and the extension chain also has a small spring ring clasp at its end so that it can be looped up and secured rathe than hang down.

It is in very good vintage condition - hard to believe a piece like this is now nearly 55 years old!

This company started manufacturing jewellery in 1907 and produced jewellery lines for Christian Dior, Elsa Schiaparelli and Lanvin.
