Huge vintage Butler and Wilson (B&W) signed winged skull with crown metallic rhinestone clamper bangle bracelet

Fabulous and large vintage signed Butler and Wilson ornate winged skull design clamper bangle. This is a bangle set in silver tone absolutely encrusted with hundreds of unusual metallic silver and gold rhinestones of varying sizes. In the band of the crown there is a small 'V' of clear rhinestones and a pair of clear stones on each end as well. There is a circular signature plate on the the reverse near the front signed Butler and Wilson. The bangle is in very good vintage condition - all rhinestones are present and secure. The pictures have natural light reflecting from the metallic stones, which in places has made the light appear slightly red - but in reality there are no red accents!

In 1969, Nicky Butler and Simon Wilson began selling antique jewellery from their stand in their Antiquarius Market in the King's Road, Chelsea. In 1972 they opened their first shop on the Fulham Road and began adding their own designs, inspired by the vintage pieces they sold. Many famous people wear and have worn their designs, including Princess Diana, and the brand was a top seller in Harrods for many years.
