Huge vintage Art Deco Max Neiger brothers Czech brooch, bright lipstick red glass cabochons silver tone filigree

Large vintage Neiger Brothers teardrop shaped brooch with gorgeous floral filigree panels decreasing in size, each centred with a bright brick red glass cabochon. I believe the filigree petals, cabochon settings and the twisted rope frame base do suggest this to be a Neiger piece.

This brooch is very large with a length of about 3.5 inches and a width of 1.5 inches. It fastens with a simple C clasp and long pin on the reverse. It is in very good vintage condition with all the lovely glass cabochons intact and smooth. I do think that at one point it was gilded - so with a gold tone appearance, but this has faded on the top side so that I would say it is more silver tone in appearance now.
