Antique Georgian to Victorian faceted cut steel double panel bracelet, rectangular shaped panels, beautifully ornate, sparkly piece

Antique cut steel double panel bracelet with lovely faceted silver tone surfaces on two large rectangular panels. Panels like these used to be used as shoe buckles/clips, but these have been incorporated into a very unusual, armour-like bracelet.

These panels are not like the usual Georgian cut steel in which polished steel cabochons were riveted onto a base plate. Each of these panels is fully moulded into its final shape. They are stamped on the reverse with a word which looks to me like 'PARIS'.

The bracelet has a length of about 8 1/4 inches, which can be slightly adjusted using the spring ring clasp and jump rings on the other side, to ensure that the panels rest comfortably on each side of the wrist.
