Antique Georgian faceted cut steel effect on brass brooch, rectangular shaped, beautifully ornate sparkly piece

Antique cut steel brooch with lovely faceted silver tone surface on a brass base - a very old piece (probably early 1800s Georgian to early Victorian) still in very good vintage condition.

This a large, striking pin with a length of 2 1/4 inches and a width of a touch under 1.5 inches. The brooch fastens with a secure pin and old C hook clasp. It is in very good antique condition.
