Adorable small antique Victorian gold tone (probably rolled gold) and silver fronted brooch, with clear and green (untested) stones, stamped

Antique Victorian beautifully engraved gold tone ( I believe rolled gold) brooch with a silver fronted section housing three stones (untested but probably paste, ie glass). There are two clear stones and one green stone in the centre, all gypsy set with the pretty starburst engraving around.

There is a small rectangular plaque on the back with the maker's initials - S&V. I haven't yet identified this maker or company and there are no other stamps or hallmarks. It fastens with a simple C hook clasp and pin.

Brooches of this kind were often gold filled, when not solid gold, however I haven't had the metal or gemstones tested. So this is sold here as yellow and white metal with glass rhinestones.

The brooch has a length of about 1 1/4 inches and a width of just over half an inch. It is in very good vintage condition.
