I have debated whether these charms are simply Crackerjack charms from the US, but they seem more like those I've seen listed from around the Art Deco period in the UK (and I am in the UK). However, it is possible they are Crackerjack rather than Christmas cracker charms!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey could be hand carved, so could be an early plastic that was carvable or a natural substance like bone. There are remnants of the enamel paint decoration on each in red, blue and green. The charms have been placed on a slim twist link gold tone chain bracelet, perhaps for a child but the length is long enough for an adult as well.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIts length is 7 inches and it fastens with a secure spring ring clasp. It is in acceptable condition for its age - obviously there is wear to the enamel decoration and they could perhaps be cleaned except that this would probably damage them further.
